Scary things, food, video games, animals, landscapes, the supernatural, space, and the Earth. They fascinate me. (That means you should expect all of those things to appear on your dash at some point.)
Brian Mcnett is a Level Artist/Narrative Scene Artist that worked on Infinite and Buried at Sea. He worked closely with game design through all stages of development. He also worked with the narrative team on several important scenes as well as helping to compose the visual environment, atmospherics and lighting in many levels. Another important role he had was to watch performance across all 3 platforms and adjust it accordingly. Heres his website. http://brianmcnett.com/
Ubisoft have revealed during their Watch Dogs press conference that the game will run on the following resolutions and framerate for next gen systems:
Xbox One: 960p/30fps
PC: up to 4K/framerate varies
Needless to say the PC version will be the ultimate version as Ubisoft partnered with Nvidia to take advantage of cool features such as ambient occlusion. Of course when it comes to PC the framerate will depend a lot on GPU though chances are if the game is running on a GTX you should be able to get 60 fps on 1080p.
